Notice Regarding Capital Participation in Airborne Capital Limited and Expansion of Business Alliance

  • On May 20, 2026, Daiwa Securities Group Inc. Daiwa Securities Group will also acquire warrants enabling it, at its discretion, to increase its voting interest to up to 20% in the future.
